Katie Miles-Langford | Attorney

Katie Miles-Langford focuses her practice on estate planning and elder law. She is a member of the Missouri Bar, the Missouri Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and Elder Counsel. She is also a VA-accredited attorney.

Katie received her law degree from the Saint Louis University School of Law, where she was an 1843 scholar.  In law school, she received the Academic Excellence Award for achieving the highest grade in Seminar: Access to Health Care, where she wrote a seminar paper about health care coverage and adults with disabilities. She also holds a Certificate in Health Law from Saint Louis University School of Law.

Katie has a background in healthcare and is a licensed occupational therapist. As an OT, she worked with adults and older adults experiencing injury, illness, or disability. She received her B.S. in occupational therapy from Saint Catherine University in St. Paul, Minnesota, and was valedictorian of her class.

She volunteered with SSM hospice for four years prior to attending law school. Katie’s personal, professional, and volunteer experiences led to her calling in elder law.

Katie lives in O’Fallon, Missouri with her husband and family. She is the proud mother of four children. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, reading, and trying new recipes.
